Terms of Use
Last Updated: April 30, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Sarea is a product operated by Corespeed, Inc. (“Corespeed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Sarea website and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Sarea is an Agent Automation Workspace that enables users to run a team of AI agents to handle tasks in one place. Through Sarea, users can:
- Connect and orchestrate multiple AI coding and reasoning agents (such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Copilot, and Pi) via the Agent Communication Protocol (ACP);
- Plug in Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools and skills to customize automated workflows;
- Manage agent sessions, approvals, and notifications through a unified workspace;
- Read local files (with user permission) to enable agents to operate on user-supplied content.
Sarea is currently available primarily as a macOS application and is in an MVP (minimum viable product) stage. Features and supported integrations may change as the product evolves.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. By registering for an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
4. User Accounts
You may create an account using OAuth or other supported email-based sign-in methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, Corespeed, or third parties.
5. Wallet and Payment
Sarea may offer a pay-as-you-go billing model under which you can add funds to an account wallet, with your balance consumed based on your actual usage of the Services. Wallet features and pricing may change while Sarea remains in MVP. When wallet balances are activated, they are non-transferable and may not be assigned or transferred to any other user or third party.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available for any transactions. All charges are based on your usage as calculated by our systems.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
If wallet funding is available, you may request a refund of unused wallet balance within thirty (30) calendar days of the original deposit. After this 30-calendar-day period, unused balances are generally non-refundable. For all other refund inquiries or special circumstances, please contact our support team at support@corespeed.io.
You may stop using the Services at any time. If your account is terminated by Corespeed due to a violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining wallet balance.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, including through the use of automated tools, bots, scrapers, or reverse engineering
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other user accounts, or related systems or networks
- Post, submit, or distribute content that is defamatory, fabricated, libelous, harassing, or that maliciously attacks or misrepresents any person or entity
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Services
Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, legal action.
8. User-Generated Content
Any content you submit, post, or make available through the Services (“User Content”) remains your property. Corespeed does not claim ownership or any usage rights over your User Content.
However, you represent and warrant that your User Content does not:
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Contain defamatory, fabricated, or misleading statements about any person or entity
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
Corespeed reserves the right to review, remove, or disable access to any User Content that, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice to you.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sarea website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Corespeed and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any part of our Services or content without our prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party platforms, including GitHub, YouTube, X (Twitter), Discord, and LinkedIn. These links are provided for your convenience only. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Corespeed does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORESPEED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CORESPEED'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO CORESPEED IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corespeed and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
15. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver.YOU AND CORESPEED AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CONSOLIDATED ACTION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING. If this Class Action Waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this Section 15 shall be null and void, but the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16. Force Majeure
Corespeed shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service interruptions, pandemics, or other similar events.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if it cannot be so modified, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void. Corespeed may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Corespeed regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
20. Modification of Terms
Corespeed reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
