How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with the analytics and advertising platforms listed above for the purposes of website analytics, advertising delivery, and campaign measurement. These providers process data on our behalf and in accordance with their own privacy policies.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Sarea Desktop Application
In addition to our website, Sarea is distributed as a macOS desktop application that orchestrates third-party AI agents (such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot). The app handles data as follows.
Local Files
The Sarea desktop app may read files from your local computer when you explicitly grant an agent permission to do so. File contents accessed in this way remain on your device and are not uploaded to or stored on Corespeed servers, except to the extent the agent's prompt — which may include file excerpts you have authorized — is sent to the AI provider you have selected.
AI Provider Requests
When you send a prompt or run an agent, your request (including any context the agent assembles, such as authorized file excerpts) is transmitted to the third-party AI provider you have selected (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, GitHub). Each provider's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy. You should review:
CoreSpeed Gateway
If you choose to route requests through the CoreSpeed gateway (for example, when using credits associated with your Sarea account), Corespeed receives request metadata necessary to authenticate, meter, and bill usage — including your Corespeed account identifier, request timing, and token counts. Corespeed does not retain the content of your prompts or agent outputs beyond what is necessary to deliver the response, and we do not use this content to train models.
Authentication Credentials
Credentials you supply to third-party providers (e.g., API keys, OAuth tokens) are stored on your local device — for example, in your operating system keychain — and are not transmitted to Corespeed.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include the use of encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
